1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Real Money Balance" means the amount of PKR funds held in a Player's account that were deposited by the Player and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds issued by zt777c under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any single instance of a Player staking Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on an outcome within the zt777c platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by zt777c before processing any withdrawal from a Player's account.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, and related digital services provided through the zt777c platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with zt777c or by using any zt777c Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any zt777c Service.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds contained therein will be forfeited.

3.3 Registration Requirements

• Not be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary account closure arrangement with zt777c.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zt777c login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. zt777c will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact zt777c support immediately.

4 Account Management

Each Player may hold only one zt777c account. zt777c reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual if multiple accounts are detected, and to forfeit any balances within those accounts.

You are required to keep your account details accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or bank account details change, you must update your zt777c account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.

zt777c reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, zt777c may withhold account balances pending investigation.

5 Deposits

zt777c accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. zt777c does not currently impose a maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your zt777c Real Money Balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank typically credit within 15–30 minutes during standard Pakistani banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT). Transfers initiated outside of banking hours may take longer.

zt777c does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zt777c accepts no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your zt777c account are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC identity verification, including submission of a valid CNIC and proof of address, before your first withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your zt777c account. zt777c will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. zt777c reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per period at its discretion.
4. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved during zt777c operating hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals complete within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts complete within 1–2 business days of approval.
5. Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn directly. It must first be converted to Real Money Balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements, after which it becomes withdrawable subject to these Terms.

zt777c reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. During any such review, the withdrawal may be temporarily held without being considered refused.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

zt777c offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotional term and these Terms, the promotional term will prevail in respect of that specific promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered on games and bet types that contribute to wagering requirements. Certain game categories — particularly low-margin games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering completion.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or traded.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that zt777c considers to constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; hedging bets across multiple accounts or with other players to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements; using any automated or manual technique designed to reduce financial exposure while exploiting promotional credits. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on the zt777c platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports betting market, which are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all zt777c Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. zt777c will not reverse a confirmed bet unless an obvious technical error can be demonstrated on the part of the platform.
• In the event of a clear pricing or odds error — including manifest pricing errors on PSL cricket betting markets, UFC odds, or casino game payouts — zt777c reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the player's Real Money Balance.
• zt777c game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes and holds no financial interest in individual bet results beyond its standard margin.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or sports bet, zt777c will apply the outcome determined by the platform system log at the point the connection was lost. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and are displayed at the time of placing. zt777c reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zt777c platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one zt777c account, regardless of the reason.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the zt777c platform for any money laundering activity or to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Using any software bot, automated script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the zt777c platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in multiplayer games or to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Accessing the zt777c platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet after funds have been credited to your zt777c account and used for wagering.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the zt777c platform. Such errors must be reported to zt777c support immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting a known error are not payable.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zt777c platform — including but not limited to the website design, game software, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of zt777c or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of zt777c.

Your zt777c account grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or reproduction of platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zt777c shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform, even if zt777c has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party failures including those of payment providers such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

• Decisions made by players in respect of betting and gaming on the platform. All wagers are placed at the player's own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits zt777c's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

zt777c is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account settings page, without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

13 Account Closure

Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus balance subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

zt777c reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, extended inactivity, or at the request of relevant regulatory authorities. In the event of account closure by zt777c due to confirmed Terms violations, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Accounts that have remained inactive — defined as having recorded no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. zt777c will make reasonable attempts to contact you before applying any inactivity administration fee. 14 Disputes & Complaints

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zt777c holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence. Pakistani players retain any statutory rights available to them under Pakistani consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually excluded.

16 Amendments
